Responsibility
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for SANY heavy equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, operators, and external vendors to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Optimize spare parts inventory and procurement to support maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on SANY equipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably with heavy equipment or construction machinery.
- Strong knowledge of SANY equipment or similar heavy machinery brands.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to various sites in Bali as needed.
