Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for data centre construction, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to align technical and business objectives.
- Oversee compliance with industry standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute) and local regulations.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and budget adherence.
- Optimize data centre efficiency, scalability, and security through innovative design and technology integration.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new infrastructure investments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in data centre project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of data centre architectures, including power, cooling, networking, and security systems.
- Experience working with AWS, cloud migrations, or hybrid environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Primavera) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with Bali’s regulatory landscape for data centres and IT infrastructure is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
