Responsibility
- Support new product offloads from development to test operations, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to customer specifications.
- Develop and optimize test processes to improve product yield, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to resolve technical issues and enhance product quality.
- Analyze test data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test procedures, work instructions, and technical reports.
- Monitor and troubleshoot test equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure manufacturability and testability of new products.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on test processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, manufacturing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, including ATPG, scan testing, and functional testing.
- Experience with test equipment such as ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Excel) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems is a plus.
