Responsibility
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead machine commissioning processes, including installation, calibration, and testing to verify operational readiness.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for service activities, including root cause analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior technicians and client personnel as needed.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for emergency repairs.
- Travel to client sites across assigned regions (including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to deliver timely technical support.
Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) with a degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of industrial equipment.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical systems with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical reporting skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali and potentially other regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA, ISO standards) and commitment to workplace safety.
