Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models for MEPF systems using BIM software.
- Produce accurate For Construction Documents (FCD) based on project requirements.
- Perform coordination and clash detection to ensure seamless integration of MEPF systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Conduct regular model reviews and updates to reflect design changes.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Generate reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Specialist with a focus on MEPF and CAS.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of MEPF systems and construction processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in BIM.
