Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for VRF/HVAC products in Bali.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized HVAC solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales staff and distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC, VRF, or industrial equipment sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of VRF/HVAC systems, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications in sales, franchising, or business development are a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
