Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic and electrical instrumentation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in low-current electrical systems and electronic devices.
- Conduct calibration, testing, and validation of equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install, configure, and upgrade electronic systems.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and technical findings for internal and client reference.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in electronics and electrical engineering to enhance service quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering (specialization in weak current/low-current systems or electronics preferred).
- Proven experience in service engineering, maintenance, or technical support for electronic/electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel for on-site service assignments as required.
- Physically fit and able to handle equipment and perform fieldwork.
