Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems, including analog, IP, and HD cameras.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance of security systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to surveillance equipment, networks, and software.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement security system upgrades.
- Document all service activities, including work orders, reports, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards during all service operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a CCTV Technician or Service Engineer in security systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP/HD CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and video management software.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, PoE).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali.
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch) are a plus.
