Responsibility
- Manage and prioritize incoming service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with IT support teams to dispatch technicians and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor service desk performance metrics and report on key indicators.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service desk procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT support delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role.
