Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize RF circuits and systems for high-performance connectivity solutions.
- Conduct RF testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, to integrate RF solutions into broader product designs.
- Support the sustaining engineering process by identifying and implementing improvements to existing RF products.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, test reports, and design specifications.
- Stay updated with emerging RF technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to ensure RF solutions meet performance and cost targets.
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve production issues and enhance product manufacturability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RF design, testing, and troubleshooting, preferably in a product development or sustaining engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of RF principles, including impedance matching, signal integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
- Proficiency in RF simulation and design tools such as ADS, HFSS, or CST.
- Experience with laboratory equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to RF products is a plus.
