Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Ensure project quality by implementing best practices, conducting regular reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on service delivery or IT projects.
- Proven experience managing complex projects in the telecommunications, IT, or digital infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a multicultural and remote team environment is a plus.
