Responsibility
- Accurately label and annotate diverse datasets (text, images, audio, or video) to train AI models
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in training data
- Identify and flag data inconsistencies or potential biases in training materials
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to improve annotation processes
- Maintain high productivity while meeting quality standards and deadlines
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on annotation best practices
- Contribute to the development of new annotation tools and workflows
- Document annotation challenges and suggest improvements to the data pipeline
Qualifications
- Proficient English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data annotation principles
- Experience with annotation tools (e.g., Labelbox, Prodigy, CVAT) is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is advantageous
