Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and C#, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
- Create and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Optimize and enhance existing MS Office-based applications and automation solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and support team members
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues in a timely manner
- Ensure application security, compliance, and adherence to best practices in software development
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in applications development and support
- Proven expertise in Java and C# development with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Extensive experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, VBA) and automation solutions
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with database design and SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
