Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for integration projects, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
- Design and implement integration solutions using platforms such as IBM ACE, Cast Iron, Mulesoft, and Boomi.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business needs and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including flow diagrams, data mappings, and process workflows.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, with a focus on integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools such as IBM ACE, Cast Iron, Mulesoft, or Boomi.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with API management, ETL processes, and data mapping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications in integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft Certified Developer) are a plus.
