Are you a skilled Telecom Field Engineer with expertise in DWDM, Fiber Optics, and Transmission Systems? Join PERSOL in a dynamic 12-month contract role, where you'll play a pivotal part in delivering cutting-edge telecom solutions across Bali's most vibrant regions.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end provisioning, testing, and commissioning of advanced telecom services, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance. You'll work with state-of-the-art DWDM and fiber optic technologies, troubleshooting and maintaining transmission networks to support critical infrastructure.

Responsibility
- Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of DWDM and fiber optic transmission systems.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure network reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute telecom infrastructure projects.
- Maintain and upgrade existing transmission networks to meet evolving business needs.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Provide on-site support and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all engineering activities.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Telecom Field Engineer, with expertise in DWDM and fiber optics.
- Strong knowledge of transmission systems, network protocols, and telecom infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with testing and commissioning telecom equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Certifications in relevant telecom technologies (e.g., Cisco, Huawei, or similar) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations in Bali.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
