Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations within the SSC, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align logistics strategies with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all logistics activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, implementing robust contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to streamline logistics operations and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or service delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing SSC or shared services environments, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. Knowledge of SAP or similar platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.
