Responsibility
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for sea logistics services to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to optimize pricing models.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all pricing activities.
- Provide training and support to team members on pricing tools and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing data and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pricing, logistics, or a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with pricing software or tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sea logistics operations and market dynamics is a plus.
