Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff to achieve branch targets and maintain exceptional performance standards.
- Monitor and analyze branch KPIs, implementing strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all branch activities.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branch operations with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and drive continuous growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing, logistics, or retail operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams, achieving targets, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain logistics, and compliance standards is a plus.
