Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage inventory by accurately picking, packing, and staging products for shipment or storage.
- Follow warehouse protocols for labeling, scanning, and documenting stock movements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Operate within tight deadlines to meet production and distribution targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Valid forklift operator certification (preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Willingness to work in shift-based or overtime schedules as required.
- Prior experience in MNC or fast-paced logistics environments is a plus.
