Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end life insurance operations, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and exceeds client expectations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize service delivery.
- Oversee a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in life insurance operations.
- Liaise with IT and business teams to integrate technology solutions that streamline workflows and enhance scalability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and building long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in life insurance operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven solutions in insurance is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as FLMI, LOMA, or PMP are a significant advantage.
