Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between Business and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Drive the delivery of fund and marketing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all product developments, particularly within the insurance and superannuation sectors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to gather insights and refine product offerings.
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices to enhance team productivity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Masterâs degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, project management, or IT business analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, fund management, and regulatory frameworks in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
