Responsibility
- Assist senior advisors in analyzing client financial needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
- Support the preparation of policy documents, proposals, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in insurance and financial services.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up actions.
- Help maintain accurate records and databases of client interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, including social media and email outreach.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to expand industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
