Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring readiness for the next guests.
- Provide attentive and courteous service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow dress code guidelines, including wearing a collared white polo shirt or white shirt, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes with black socks.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by demonstrating a positive attitude and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
