Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems.
- Serve durian-based products, retail items, and beverages with attention to presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café and retail space.
- Educate customers about our durian varieties, flavors, and product offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and provide change with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or F&B (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of durian or tropical fruits is advantageous but not required.
