Responsibility
- Welcome and assist gym members and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process membership registrations, renewals, and payments accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and issue receipts with precision.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone/email inquiries, bookings, and facility tours.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all administrative tasks are up to date.
- Resolve member concerns or direct them to the appropriate team for support.
- Promote gym services, retail products, and special offers to enhance member engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless member experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, retail, or customer service role (fitness industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in basic math, POS systems, and cash handling.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with diverse members.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM software).
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or early mornings as needed.
