Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist gym members and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Process membership registrations, renewals, and payments accurately using POS systems.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and issue receipts with precision.
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone/email inquiries, bookings, and facility tours.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all administrative tasks are up to date.
  • Resolve member concerns or direct them to the appropriate team for support.
  • Promote gym services, retail products, and special offers to enhance member engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, retail, or customer service role (fitness industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in basic math, POS systems, and cash handling.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with diverse members.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM software).
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or early mornings as needed.
