Responsibility
- Lead and execute operational strategies to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency across multiple properties in Bali.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, implementing actionable solutions.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement innovative processes and technologies to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated guest concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
