Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, café, or customer service roles (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
