Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
- Manage daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash register at the end of each shift.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stocking supplies, conducting regular audits, and placing orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic outlet environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new team members and provide guidance to ensure consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock supplies).
