Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of stewards to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Oversee guest interactions, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams for seamless operations.
- Implement and uphold hygiene, safety, and luxury service protocols.
- Manage inventory and procurement of high-quality amenities and supplies.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Develop training programs to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to refine service strategies and guest engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in guest service excellence and team management.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Indonesian hospitality standards and cultural nuances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly hospitality practices.
