Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a timely manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills for order processing
