Responsibility
- Operate and maintain claw machines efficiently during events or venue hours.
- Assist customers with game instructions, prizes, and inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Ensure the claw machine area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor game inventory (prizes, tokens) and report shortages or technical issues.
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change when required.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols and venue regulations at all times.
- Promote special offers or event-related activities to boost participation.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or event staff roles is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (prizes, supplies).
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
