Responsibility

  • Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
  • Assist with table setup, menu presentation, and order-taking with precision and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes and beverages.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to answer guest inquiries confidently.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, bar, and service stations.
  • Handle guest feedback and special requests with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Participate in pre-service briefings and team training to stay aligned with service standards and new offerings.
  • Support in event setup and execution for private dining or special occasions as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable service.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
