Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
- Assist with table setup, menu presentation, and order-taking with precision and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes and beverages.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to answer guest inquiries confidently.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Handle guest feedback and special requests with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Participate in pre-service briefings and team training to stay aligned with service standards and new offerings.
- Support in event setup and execution for private dining or special occasions as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
