Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, while adhering to Fusia Group’s standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and workspace to ensure a hygienic and efficient environment.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable café experience.
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies, tracking usage, and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold café operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and participating in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and barista techniques (training will be provided for motivated candidates).
  • Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
