Join PT Semara Jaya Indonesia as a Hospitality Sales & Marketing Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand visibility for our premium hospitality services in Bali. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the heart of Bali’s most vibrant tourist destinations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

This role offers a dynamic work environment with a structured schedule: Monday–Thursday (08:30–17:00), Friday (08:30–16:00), and Saturday (08:30–12:00). Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive bookings, revenue, and brand awareness for hospitality properties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine targeting and positioning.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertisements to increase online visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators to secure partnerships and group bookings.
- Create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and multimedia presentations to showcase property offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, occupancy rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and guest satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
