Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets Sushi Tei’s high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with basic food preparation or plating under supervision when needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with patience and diplomacy.
- Adhere strictly to grooming and uniform standards (white collared shirt, black pants, black shoes, and neat hairstyle).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old with a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Japanese is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Neat and professional appearance, adhering to the company’s grooming policies.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese dining etiquette or willingness to learn.
