Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
  • Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets Sushi Tei’s high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and replenishing supplies.
  • Assist with basic food preparation or plating under supervision when needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with patience and diplomacy.
  • Adhere strictly to grooming and uniform standards (white collared shirt, black pants, black shoes, and neat hairstyle).
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years old with a passion for customer service.
  • Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Japanese is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
