Responsibility
- Warmly welcome guests and manage the seating process efficiently.
- Provide detailed recommendations and explanations of the Korean menu offerings.
- Take orders accurately using the POS system and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area throughout the shift.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are upheld at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a professional and helpful attitude.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B or a service-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and proactive personality.
