Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down tables for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our brand’s standards.
