Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Handle dining reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and dining areas are prepared to the highest standards.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold resort policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or dining service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
- Pleasant demeanor, professional appearance, and a proactive attitude.
