Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to maintain 5-star hygiene standards.
- Replace and restock linens, towels, and amenities (e.g., toiletries, tea/coffee supplies) in guest rooms.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, stains) and report them to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning practices and use approved chemicals safely.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services (e.g., extra pillows, turndown service).
- Collaborate with the front desk and room service to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines where applicable.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks (e.g., carpets, upholstery) during low-occupancy periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Basic English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Familiarity with housekeeping software (e.g., Opera PMS) is advantageous.
