Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local and international hospitality regulations.
- Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest complaints and resolutions with professionalism, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotional strategies and partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a 4- or 5-star property.
- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and team development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS, POS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local tourism markets in Bali and Southeast Asia is a strong asset.
