Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, assisting with vehicle parking and retrieval.
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of luxury vehicles, including high-end sedans, SUVs, and sports cars.
- Maintain a clean, organized valet station and ensure all vehicles are parked securely and accessibly.
- Provide concise directions, local recommendations, and assistance to guests as needed.
- Monitor vehicle condition during handling and report any damages or concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with the concierge and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with luggage handling and other guest services during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in valet, chauffeur, or professional driving roles (luxury/hospitality preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills with a polite, approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with automatic and manual transmission vehicles, including high-end models.
- Strong situational awareness and ability to navigate busy hotel driveways safely.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move luggage (up to 20 kg).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Impeccable grooming standards and professional appearance.
