Responsibility
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately, relaying special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces for events or daily operations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with integrity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Uphold a Muslim-friendly environment by respecting cultural and religious practices in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented demeanor.
