Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of baristas and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Train and mentor new hires on coffee preparation, customer service, and POS systems.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the café.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.
- Uphold Baskbear Coffee’s brand values and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a café or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and specialty coffee trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for coffee culture and a desire to grow within the industry.
