Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
- Assist in daily operations of hospitality venues, including restaurants, bars, resorts, or entertainment facilities.
- Set up and maintain service areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring usage.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and briefings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations, including service standards, hygiene practices, and guest relations.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
