Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor to all guests.
- Prepare and serve high-quality vegan beverages, including specialty coffees, smoothies, and teas.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation under the guidance of kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic café environment, including dining areas, counters, and equipment.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Educate customers about our plant-based menu, ingredients, and sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold Veganlicious’ brand standards for service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality is a plus (but not required—training provided!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Passion for vegan/plant-based food and sustainable living.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (e.g., espresso machines, latte art) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts (morning/afternoon/evening).
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (for non-locals, visa sponsorship may be discussed).
