Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining or retail experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold company standards for food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
