Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with diplomacy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas for events or peak hours.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role (e.g., restaurant, cafƩ, hotel, or tourism).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking processes is advantageous.
