Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests with urgency and care.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Stay updated on menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
