Responsibility

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with tact and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events, functions, or daily service.
  • Uphold the brand’s service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or Japanese) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including order-taking and table setup.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
  • Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
