Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks with attention to detail, adhering to Saizeriya’s presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems with precision.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for the right attitude!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support colleagues and management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
